Hello,
I am a 69 year old cyclist, I have been cycling in Toronto since 1994. I love it!
I believe that protected cycle lanes encourage more people to cycle and not drive. It's also better for our environment, and safer for cyclists.
More traffic lanes encourage more drivers. More traffic lanes don't reduce gridlock. This is a proven fact, noted by this government's specialists.
