This bill is not useful and a waste of money. As a driver who regularly commute from suburb to Toronto downtown, I’m 100% sure reducing car lanes are the better approach to address congestion, because it discourages more ppl to use their car when it’s not needed, and building better public transit is also another good way to encourage ppl to use car less.
Not useful at all.
