The housing crisis in Ontario is already out of control, and this bill would make it far too easy for landlords to evict and displace already vulnerable tenants out on to the streets where there are already far too many unhoused people. The manner in which this bill is being rushed through is careless and thoughtless, and only helps developers and property managers, not the people in the province who need housing the most.
