Municipalities understand the traffic flow, cycling and pedestrian needs of their community and should be empowered to make the decisions they deem necessary to safely and effectively service the needs of the whole community.
The provincial government should NOT be allowed to override the informed decisions that municipalities make about traffic flow, cycling infrastructure and pedestrian safety.
