I am so disappointed in the bill's restriction of the ability to build bike lanes. As someone who doesn't own a car and relies on my bike to get around the bike lanes in my city make me feel so much safer and allow me to ride without impeding cars or putting myself in danger. It has been proven countless times that adding bike lanes reduce congestion rather than increasing it and improve both driver and pedestrian safety.
