This bill must not pass. This will only exacerbate the current affordability crisis by undermining tenants rights and opening the door to unscrupulous landlords to game a system they were already very good at gaming. I know this from personal experience and from the experiences of many friends. If you don’t want more tents showing up in your neighbourhoods then encourage your representatives to vote against this destructive bill.
