I was thrilled to read your proposal. I live in Georgetown, and I love the friendly, small town feel of our town. That was being ruined by McGuinty's 2005 Places to Grow Act, which required us to almost double our town's population in a relatively short time, and forced us to build more apartment towers in order to meet the Act's density targets. Your proposed changes will allow us to grow at a more controlled and reasonable pace that will make it easier to maintain the small town feel that we cherish so much. Thank you.
