This is an excellent set of changes which strikes the right balance between preserving the character of rural and agricultural areas and accommodating the large number of people moving to the GTA.
I work in the real estate sector and can attest to the fact that a significant part of the unaffordability of real estate in the GTA is directly related to artificial supply constraints introduced by previous versions of this plan.
It certainly appears that this amendment will have a positive effect on affordability. Well done!
