Preserving endangered species habitat is fundamental to conservation. This includes boundary sites. Without proper consultation with relevant experts in the field (i.e. conservation biologists and environmental scientists), the current act should remain untouched. Corners should not be cut here since there is no going back once habitats have been compromised.
