Protecting species at risk (SAR) is the number one importance of this act. Any review which weakens their protection and recovery should not be undertaken. Economic development should not occur where it harms/interferes with SAR. The only review required is to strengthen the protection of SAR and the recovery of SAR especially in terms of habitat protection. All other reasons/goals should not be considered.
