Corporations are given privilege over our land's health and diversity; the red tape exists for a reason. These entities put profit first and can be trusted to abuse every inch ceded to them. What's truly disgusting is how this proposal is disguised as something put forward to better protect endangered species... no, this is made with only one goal in mind, and that goal is profit.
