I am totally against the new proposed policy changes. I dont agree with cresying a regulatory charge. Nonine should be anle to buy their way around a law or policy. Im also ahai st extending or granting the Minister's authority to override the results of scientific reports. The Minister undoubtedly doesnt have any or adequate education/expertise in this field to be making these decisions to do what is right for the speciesnor environment. I also dont agree with extending response deadlines to reports and allowing status quo until responses done. With delays and extensions there is no sense of urgency and it could be too late to save a species.
