I have a few questions. I am unable to attend the local talk.
I am mostly successful in keeping my kWh usage under 300 KWh/ month. At current rates, the cost of the power I use is less than what I am charged for delivery.
My question is: how will delivery and loss charges be calculated if one has Netmetering? If power generated goes directly to the grid and credit Is given for KWh produced against that used, will my delivery charge be reduced or will it continue to be based on usage, notwithstanding power produced.
If the power produced goes through the customers meter and only that not used goes to the grid, how does that affect delivery charges, loss and grid maintainance?
Would it be possible to have a website available that facilitates a consumer's calculation of cost/benefit of possible different sizes and manifestations of Netmetering such as is provided for mortgage calculation?
