Conservation Authorities have gone a bridge too far. Conservation Authorities should return to their original mandate. Conservation Authorities should not be involved with permits or permitting fees. Conservation Authorities force policy as law, intimidate and are becoming a layer that separates rate payers from their elected officials. Conservation Authorities do not own landowners private property but are trying to. Conservation Authorities tell you what they want you to hear. Conservation Authorities need to return to their original mandate.
