Clearly, there is a problem with noise emissions from wind turbines installed in Ontario, when the MOECC has citizens all over the province filing reports of excessive noise. The wind power developers are not responding to these reports; the MOECC process for managing wind turbine noise complaints is largely non-responsive at worst, and not effective at best. The MOECC should not approve a single new wind power project until these environmental problems are acknowledged and resolved to the satisfaction of the people of Ontario It is nothing less than stupidity and greed that more turbines would be added to the already 600 plus in chatham kent! I am thoroughly disgusted with the ill planned green energy act where citizens of CK are certainly the guinea pigs for the 6000 plus turbines that will carpet the farmlands and coastlines of ontario. This is a failed experiement. not one more should be built! If you would like to contact me and I can substantiate my claims, you are welcome to do so.
