To whom it may concern,
As an avid outdoors man and hunter (including bears), I have seen the damage that is done by bear hunters when they fail to clean up their baits. The poluttion is atrocious and the damage severe. I am certain that if this proposal is implemented, then many more areas of our beautiful habitats will be polluted because the percentage of hunters who leave their garbage out is disturbingly high. The metal and plastic drums, buckets and other plastic material are left on the site after hunt year after year. Most of this pollution is distributed across a wide range of habitats by bears, raccoons, waterways, wind etc.
Please consider these topics before making it easier for hunters to pollute the land.
Thank you,
