Rondeau is a wonderful place to visit with the family. Without the cottages and the owners who take such good care of the park, visiting the area each summer would not be the same. The park has always been defined by the cottages, the yacht club, the museum, the beach and the camp grounds. I cannot imagine the park without the cottages.
I support the continuation of the Rondeau cottage community for the future. I also want to write that I REALLY support the three-year lease extension as described in ERO Policy Proposal 019-0907.
The lease extension should be granted automatically to all existing cottage leaseholders. There needs to be a permanent solution that will ensure the cottage community remains in Rondeau forever.
