I am strongly in favor of a rapid and permanent solution for long term occupation of cottage lots at Rondeau Park. Therefore, I would be in favor of a three year extension ERO policy proposal 019-0907 at this time, which will give enough time that a permanent solution is reached to ensure the cottage community remains forever. I believe this extension should be granted automatically to leaseholders. If a permanent solution is reached before the 3 year deadline, I support it being implemented as soon as possible, especially since it has already been extended for 2 years without resolution.
