Please keep the pesticide ban for cosmetic purposes. It should actually include "round-up" as well, for there is virtually no poison ivy in urban areas, and that was the reason it was left on the shelves. It is used far too much for driveways and patios where the chemical is easily washed into the storm -sewer system. We definitely do not want to see an increase in pesticide use in our urban or rural areas. Our soils, water, air , food supply and myriad wild species are at great risk already. WE should base some precautionary policy on European examples , not just what the chemical companies spoon-feed to the regulators.
