An unacceptable proposal. With a declining black bear population, this proposal states that it would result in a "neutral environmental consequences". I expect better from the MNRF. Your job is to protect our environmental and natural resources. This is not an improvement and does not protect our bears and ecosystems. Do better. - From an Ontario Citizen
