I am in approval of making the spring bear hunt permanent , we live in a rural area with a lot of bear activity where there use to be little. I blame this on canceling the spring bear hunt, I have had my chickens and guineas coops broken into and the birds killed on 4 occasions . Making the spring bear hunt permanent will help to control the numbers ...thank you
