To whom it may concern,

I am a resident of the Port Union area and I am against a waste disposal site coming into my neighborhood, especially one that will be bringing in waste from all over Ontario. I don't believe this facility of this size should be located this close to a residential area nor do I believe that it should be located close to the lake. I am concerned that the facility is going to contribute to the pollution in the area, and over time, it will negatively impact the air and water quality of my neighbourhood, as well as our local waterfront parks.

I am also concerned about the unpleasant aroma that hundreds of dump trucks a day brings into our area as well as the extra traffic congestion it will inevitably bring.

I ask that this project not be approved to operate at this site.
