All efforts need to be undertaken to safeguard existing Greenbelt lands and watersheds, as well as expand the Greenbelt where possible. Consultation with the Conservation Authorities needs to be reinstated for all development proposals which would impact the existing Greenbelt lands, regardless of whether the approvals are via MZOs or not.
