The Six Nations of the Grand River applaud the Ministry for proposing to expand the Greenbelt. However, we are very concerned about the lack of consultation or engagement. We are sure that you would agree that sending notifications regarding any proposed change to any plan does not constitute consultation.
Also, the lack of supporting documentation is a serious concern as we do not feel that we have enough information to make a well thought out response to the proposed changes. Please find attached our comments regarding the proposed expansion of the greenbelt.
