-Most changes look good including the 120 hours over 3 years will provide lots of flexibility and make it easier on employers for tracking training.
- My only big concern is allowing employers to employ non license personnel during a strike as this leaves operators and unions with zero power. This will allow the operators to be taken advantage of overtime. This could cause loss of interest for new operators and career path choices if it results in loss of wages and benefits, overtime leaving the industry in a bad situation. Unless the collective agreements supersede this new change.
