The testing that would take place will cost tons of money, it will cause delays and cause hardship to any small business!
As a small business owner I take a lot of pride in making sure my fill is removed properly and safely if it can’t be kept on site. As a seasonal worker we have a small window to get work done and can’t afford any more delays then we have already
Please dismiss this motion and support the small businesses rather then make it expensive and more challenging to operate
