I strongly disagree with the pausing of the implementation of this regulation. This will mean the movement of more untracked soil across our Province. The longer this is put off the more damage that is done. This regulation would help limit to the very lucrative business of illegal dumping. Which needs strong regulation put in place as soon as possible delaying is not an option that should be considered at all.
