As a representative of a registered receiving site, I am very disappointed that this is even being proposed.

We have complied with every aspect of the new regulation and have been operating in compliance since January 1st. There has been plenty of time and delays for everyone else to do so as well.

We have endured great financial implications meeting the new regulation through consultants, our municipality and registration fees.

This is not something that can be delayed post implementation. Our investment in meeting the regulations would not be recoverable and it would be unjust to disregard the efforts put forth by those that have complied.

Those that have complied and altered their entire soil receiving protocol to meet the Jan 1, 2022 deadline would be unjustly penalized if this "postponement" is implemented. How is it even possible to "temporarily delay the implementation" of a regulation that has already been implemented? It just does not make any sense.

This has been in the works since 2019. Penalize those that did not comply, not those that did!
