I object to this delay
We have been subjected to uncontrolled dumping in north Oshawa area for 10 or more years and the constant trucking on our rural roads
Typically they select areas away developed areas with fewer residents to see or complain .
These locations however also affect groundwater supplies for rural wells.
Our experience proves the operators cannot be trusted to self monitor.
There must be regulations and stiff fines imposed for non-compliance .
Enough is enough
