I think having chargers at consistent locations like town halls and libraries in every town or city would help provide confidence for drivers that there would be a place to charge no matter what town they went too.

Of course it would also be helpful to have cheaper or free chargers, and ones that do not one require an app to charge with, making it easier for those who are less tech savvy.
