To whom it may concern.:
There is an area of Greenbelt land approximately 1500 hectres in size, south of hwy 5 below the escarpment and west of hwy 6. The area includes York Rd. ,crosses Old Guelph Rd., and stretches toward the town of Dundas.
The land has no farming value
Recent documents suggest that hwy 6 from QEW , going north towards the 401 will be expanded along with some intersections along the way.
The land in question includes Pleasant view survey, some sanctuary and some potential developers land.
My question is:
Could this area of land be considered as one of the Removed Areas of Greenbelt land.?
And why is it not one of the areas of Greenbelt area land considered for removal.?
Thank you,
Regards,
