* Removing municipality ability to require green initiatives, impose climate change policies or urban design principles
* Increased urban sprawl
* Increased costs for infrastructure development, upkeep and maintenance on urban sprawl instead of denser projects
* Increased costs via insurance because building on floodlands causes flooded housing
* Removing ability for munipalities to collect fees for sewers and parks
* Removing existing public planning and replacing with private development
* Strip conservation authorities of power and duties
