I live in Hamilton where the existing urban landscape is underdeveloped and has ample lots or vacant buildings that could be much better utilized.
I would like to see the existing urban areas we have utilized for new housing projects and do not want to see the greenbelt developed. I think accelerating the approval process for projects within the urban boundary could yield all the housing we need. It just needs to be tapped into. Sprawl has shown itself to not be the answer so we need to try something else instead of saying expand, expand, expand.
