Development within an already protected area of the Greenbelt should be avoided. The proposal to only remove as much land as is added to keep the total area of the Greenbelt the same or greater is a decent compromise. However this idea can only be acceptable if it is actually followed through. I believe that multiple third part surveying companies should be consulted throughout the project to ensure only the proper areas are affected and the proposed plans are followed accordingly. As of writing this comment the map showing the proposed removal from the Greebelt is viewable, however the map showing the proposed additions does not load, which raises concerns about the overall proposal.
