It is not democracy to proceed with legislation without public consultation.
During an election the public ought to have all relative facts presented to enable sound decision making. (How was money contributed to the fund spent?)
To proceed with legislation not previously under consideration because of personal piques....That's dictatorial. (Municipal government was his personal interest.)
Who elected this person to head the provincial conservative party? Who were the people who were able to vote to select a leader and why did they choose as they did? Does it cost a lot of money to join?
