Rezoning protected greenbelt…

Rezoning protected greenbelt areas is not in the best interest of all Ontarians because the greenbelt is a diverse ecosystem that provides both recreational areas and unique habitat for a dwindling amount of wildlife. There are much better solutions that could be used to make up the increase in housing required. The recent details behind the purchase of some of these lands by persons that had unique inside information about future governmental decisions is criminal and the participating parties should be prosecuted. That is in the best interest of Ontarians.
