This is not the best option to addressing the housing crisis for either A) the environment or B) affordable housing.
The types of homes being proposed are not going to provide affordable solutions for everyday people. It will benefit a very small percentage of already wealthy people and drastically alter a very fragile and delicate ecosystem.
Please, choose be on the right side of history. This type of greed is ruining our province by putting profits over people.
