This is not going to guarantee affordable housing or solve the housing crisis. The only effect this proposed plan will have is a negative environmental impact. Doug Ford and his cronies need to actually go read Housing Affordability Task Force report again, though I doubt they will do that given they’ve made it clear they are using their political powers to enrich themselves and their friends.
