Climate change is real: ask everyone who was affected by TORNADOS IN OTTAWA. Ontario needs a real climate change plan to reduce emissions, help people save energy and create jobs. I want legally binding emissions targets in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.
I want Ontario to be 100% powered by clean energy by 2050. We had a good start. Coal is not coming back. I want Ontario to end subsidies and handouts for fossil fuel companies. I want Ontario to make polluters pay for emissions. I do not want politicians to get rich off back room deals with polluters. I also want to see how much Mr. Ford and his cronies have received in contributions from fossil fuel companies for selling our environmental future. He promised accountability - let's see the numbers.
