The housing will be expensive homes for those who are able to commute to work and required amenities for a community. This adding to more pollution and environmental damage.
Fix the rent rates and availability where people are needing to live and work. You removed rent control and destroyed the living wage as you did .
Ontario government has lied to use over and over. This lie can not be reversed once the land is destroyed.
An unethical practices will destroy land needed for the survival of needed green spaces for both wildlife and humans alike. The unethical way the land was procured is obscene to the people of Ontario.
