Stop the division of the Greenbelt. It is unnecessary because other lands are available on which to build homes. The province should increase building density within existing cities and towns where the infrastructure is readily available now. Individual homes built on farmland and environmentally sensitive and important greenspace is not sustainable. Farmland is an essential resource that must be preserved. Housing can be built elsewhere.
Repeal Bill 23 which mostly benefits developers by reducing development costs that must be assumed by municipalities and taxpayers. I do not want my taxes to fund profits for developers. Bill 23 is completely unacceptable.
