This is disgusting. The repercussions of such changes cannot be undone. This is simply a bandaid solution without regard for the natural environment. We need more room for housing? DENSIFY. Expanding into this precious land will require new infrastructure, while aging infrastructure in existing cities and towns are crumbling. DENSIFY. Opening the Greenbelt for a handful of giant homes and low density residential units will not solve Ontario’s housing crisis. Shame on you, Doug Ford. The blood is on your hands.
