The Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan does not permit expansion of settlement areas into Natural Heritage Core or Linkages nor can they be removed.
Follow the plan. Why start messing with something that works so well already unless of course this government wants to help some developers that need more cash.
More houses can be built quickly by increasing density in urban centres as per the Report of the Ontario Housing Affordability Task Force.
Please leave the Greenbelt alone.
