The proposed changes to the Greenbelt must not move ahead.
Ontario needs more homes to be built, but they should be built in existing municipal areas among existing infrastructure and not contribute further to urban sprawl and destruction of sensitive, vital forest, wetlands and agricultural areas.
Building on this land will not solve our housing crisis; it will only serve to line the pockets of Conservative party supporters.
