We need a real plan for Climate Change because it does exist. The polluters need to be held accountable, and pay for their behaviours. It is time that the Climate Change naysayers realized that we have a tremendous problem with our environment being abused and polluted over and over. The cap and trade policy was working and should not be done away with.
