Archaic, cruel kill pens for hunter use have absolutely no place in civilized society. I urge you to reconsider and return to the protections put in place in 1997. The cruel and tortuous treatment of fox, coyotes, rabbits, etc, for the training of dogs and pleasure of their owners….is beyond reproach. Do better.
