Please do not allow this to pass. This practice is inhumane and unethical for wildlife and only caters to the desire and benefits of hunters.
Wildlife needs all the help we can give them as we continue to remove native habitats and replace with non native landscapes. Wildlife are relentlessly pursued by hunters as it is.

You are proposing that trapped coyotes can be used for this practice? Trapping is so painful and stressful to an animal. To be trapped and then held in captivity for the purposes of training is inhumane.
Please do not pass this.
