This is one of the most inhumane and unethical amendments to regs I’ve ever seen after living in 5 different provinces and after working 30 years in the resource management field. Existing such facilities should be closed, not make amendments to open more. Unbelievable in 2023 to see it. Ontario: land of the caveman.
