The coyotes, rabbits etc in these enclosures are NOT 'safe.' The government does not exist to remove barriers for hunters; it exists to keep wild animals safe. This is not that. There is absolutely no good reason to give people the opportunity to be cruel in an absolutely unnecessary sport. I do NOT agree that this is necessary, appropriate, or right. Please do not allow this to go through.
