I am strongly opposed to expanding licenced areas in Ontario where dogs can learn to hunt live animals.
These licences should be discontinued not expanded. Conservation Officers and the chief animal welfare officer should do their jobs of enforcement of individuals who continue to carryout this inhumane practice causing distress in a captive wild animal.
